About Donna

Donna has been painting, drawing and making her whole life. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Newcastle University, and a background in nursing in both the UK and Australia.

Donna moved to North West Tasmania in 2024 and set up her studio, Ink, Oil & Pencil in Wynyard. After years of dreaming, the time was right to start doing.  

Donna loves the process of creating, and sharing her knowledge with others. Donna’s approach is hands on and practical.  She encourages curiosity, to enjoy the process, and have fun. You’ll learn the foundation skills to continue your creative journey on your own, or continue lessons with Donna.
Donna promotes the use of recycled materials and non toxic techniques.
